Workspace admins have to enable installation of the WorkInSync Teams App in case there are restrictions on third-party apps. Once you get permission:
Click on the “Apps” icon in the side navigation bar
Search & click on ‘WorkInSync’ and click ‘Add’ to install
Once installed, the app will check for your user account’s availability on WorkInSync
A one-time admin permission is required for WorkInSync app to be installed
Once permission is granted, your WorkInSync app is now configured and ready to use
Request your workspace administrators to allow installation of WorkInSync app, if there are restrictions on users’ installing third party apps.
